ZEN MEDITATION

Zen Meditation or Zazen means, to clear one’s mind to reach the calmest state. A practice that diciplines the mind without forcing it. When the one controls one’s mind, one can control one’s life. Controlling thoughts and emotions can help to improve perception, concentration and it can reduce stress, depression. One who does Zen Meditation, knows themself completely and can understand the true nature of life and also can know how to live in the moment.

QIGONG

Qigong is a 3500 -year- old, Chinese practice that focuses on your Life Energy to be balanced in the body and to flow better. With different breathing styles, postures, and body techniques, Qigong will improve the health of body, inner organs, and blood circulation, besides improving Life Energy. One who has strong Qi (Life Energy) has a strong body and mind. After every Qigong practice, you will feel more energetic, relaxed, healthy, and stronger.

T’AI CHI CH’UAN

T’ai Chi Ch’uan is an ancient Chinese practice for a stronger balance, better health, and longevity. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, and accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Moves in T’ai Chi Ch’uan can be applied with a great loosening of muscles and relaxing of mind.

BREATHING AND STRETCHING

Streching and relaxation explains its name and helps to bring back your joint mobility, reduce the tension in the body, relaxing. Makes blood circulation on muscles, and connection points of muscles and tendones.

Personal BMS Coaching is a coaching technique for disiplining your life to be a better on every level. In these coaching sessions, you study all Body, Mind, and Spirit improvement techniques with a coach. Other than that coach will follow your life in every step and give advice on any level you need.Giving regular reports to your coach about your life and progress on top of having regular sessions will help you practice and discuss everything. In an optimum time period, your coach will be your guide about the changes you need to make and will push you to success.

TAO ENERGY BALANCING

Taoist Energy Balancing Sessions target your Life Force to help it flow better and to improve your health. Energy blockages can happen to anyone from emotional troubles, nutrition, sudden changes of the weather and seasons etc. in any part of life. When your Qi is blocked, you may feel discomfort and minor issues without reason, fast mood swings, bad temper, or even deppresive or anti-social behaviors. With Taoist Energy Balancing, you can protect yourself from with all the above - mentioned and more situations, beside having a relaxed, calmer, and happier mood.

INVERSION TABLE

Inversion tables are designed to use gravity to relieve some of the pressure on the spine, which can become compressed over time. The theory of the inversion table use is that hanging upside down or at an angle where your head is lower than your feet will decompress the spine, which should relieve the pressure and pain. An inversion table may help relieve general back pain by providing full-spine traction, and by stretching and elongating the muscles, which may relieve the pain, and flush some of the waste from the lymphatic system. The average person shrinks by up to 3/4 inch from when they wake up to when they go to bed at night. This is caused by spinal compression from gravity. The inversion table prevents this by reversing the process and stretching the spine.
